What we collect, and what you can ask of us.

Web Vogue Technologies, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, decides why and how the personal data on this website is processed, which makes us the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This notice says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, how long we keep it, and how to use your rights. Last updated 12 October 2026.

Who can I contact about my personal data?

Write to contact@webvogue.in or call +91 70135 68928. The person who reads that inbox is our privacy and grievance contact, and can answer for Web Vogue Technologies about how your personal data is processed.

How do I make a request about my data?

Email contact@webvogue.in with the subject Privacy request, from the address you used with us. That address is how we find your data, and we may ask one question to confirm it is you. We acknowledge requests within 7 days and resolve them within 30 days; the DPDP Rules allow at most 90 days.

What rights do I have?

You can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold and who we shared it with; have it corrected, completed or updated; have it erased once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it; withdraw your consent; and nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to.

How do I withdraw consent?

As easily as you gave it. For form data, write to contact@webvogue.in. For analytics, use Cookie settings at the foot of any page. Processing stops from that point; anything done before it stays lawful.

How long do you keep my data?

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted twelve months after our last exchange, which is also the minimum period the DPDP Rules ask us to keep records of processing. Client project records are kept for the project and afterwards as long as contract and tax law require. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months, and exists only if you accepted analytics.

Can I complain to the Data Protection Board?

Yes. Raise your grievance with us first. If we do not resolve it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

How do you protect my data?

The site is served only over HTTPS, so form data is encrypted in transit, and access to our inbox and hosting accounts is limited to the people who answer enquiries.

What happens if there is a data breach?

If a breach affects your personal data, we tell you without delay what happened, what it means for you and what we are doing about it, and report it to the Data Protection Board of India as the Rules require.

Do you collect data about children?

No. Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian tells us we hold data about a child, we delete it.

What happens when this notice changes?

The date at the top changes, and any form you send afterwards records which version of the notice you agreed to.
